The Service

DEEPACADEMY provides an online platform for cohort-based massage therapy education, including courses, quizzes, assignments, flashcards, an AI study assistant, grades, and related features. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or access credentials with others.
• Copy, redistribute, or publicly post course content without authorization.
• Engage in academic dishonesty, or attempt to manipulate grades, quizzes, or assignments.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Your content and course materials

You retain ownership of the work you submit (such as assignment uploads and discussion posts). You grant DEEPACADEMY a license to store, display, and process your submissions as needed to operate the Service, grade your work, and provide feedback.

All course content, curriculum, and materials provided through the Service are owned by DEEPACADEMY or its licensors and are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

AI study assistant

The AI tutor is provided to support your studying. Its responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute professional, medical, or legal advice. Always verify important information against your official course materials and licensing requirements. The AI tutor is not a substitute for the curriculum or for professional judgment.

Fees

Any tuition or fees for the Service, and related payment and refund terms, are described to you at the time of enrollment. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational outcome or exam result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEPACADEMY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
